11. Constant heat and humidity test

Inspection method: Put the data cable in a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 93%±2 for 48 hours, and then restore it for 2 hours under normal climatic conditions
Acceptance standards: No abnormal appearance, no corrosion of data cable terminals, meeting electrical performance requirements

12. Salt spray test

Inspection method: The temperature inside the box is 35℃, the concentration of salt solution is 5±1%; the pH value is 6.5~7.2; the sedimentation volume of salt spray is 1~2ml/80cm2.h; the test time is 24 hours. After the test is completed, take out the test piece, wash off the adhering salt particles with water below 38℃ as soon as possible, remove other corrosion products with a brush or sponge, and blow dry the test piece with compressed air without oil mist. And return to temperature for 24h at room temperature.
Acceptance standard: The data line terminal is non-corrosive and meets electrical performance

13. Toxic and hazardous substance detection

In addition, the data cable also needs to detect toxic and hazardous substances such as RoHS, REACH SVHC, halogen, and o-benzene.
