1.contact resistance

Inspection method: Measure the impedance after matching the data cable with its matching plug
Acceptance criteria: the impedance of each PIN pin is less than the specification requirements

2.Charging performance

Inspection method: Whether it is normal to use the power supply to charge when the machine is turned on and off;
Acceptance criteria: normal charging
Testing equipment: PC, charging head

3.Data transmission Test

Check method: After connecting the hand to the PC in the power-off state, can you add, delete, format the TF card and other operations on the PC;
Acceptance criteria: PC recognizes the USB port, and the data can be transmitted normally

4.Free fall Test

Inspection method: Set the data cable to a height of 1 meter, and the connector parts at both ends of the data cable fall from the front and the side to the concrete floor respectively, and the number of drops is 10 times
Acceptable standards: There is no obvious bad appearance of the data line, no loosening of the wiring head, and good function

5.Pull test

Inspection method: hang the data cable vertically on the tensile testing machine and fix it, hang a 5kg weight at the end, and hover for 1 minute
Acceptable standards: There is no obvious defect in the appearance of the data line, no loosening of the wiring head, good function, and no bad contact when shaking the interface end.

6.Bending and swing test

Inspection method: Fix one end of the data cable, and apply a weight of 500g to the other end, with a lifting distance of 25cm, swing at a rate of 30 times/min at an angle of ±60°, and swing 1000 times
Acceptable standards: The data cable has no obvious appearance defects, no loosening of the wiring head, and good function

7.Plug life test

Inspection method: 5,000 consecutive plugs and unplugs.
Acceptance standard: Fix one end of the data cable, and apply a weight of 500g to the other end, with a lifting distance of 25cm, swing at a rate of 30 times/min at an angle of ±60°, and swing 1000 times

8.High temperature test

Inspection method: Put the data cable in a high temperature test box with a temperature of 55℃±2℃ for 4 hours, and then restore it for 2 hours under normal weather conditions
Acceptance standards: No abnormal appearance, no corrosion of data cable terminals, meeting electrical performance requirements
Inspection equipment: constant temperature and humidity box

9.Low temperature test

Inspection method: Put the data cable in a low temperature test box with a temperature of -20℃±2℃ for 4 hours, and then restore it for 2 hours under normal weather conditions
Acceptance standards: No abnormal appearance, no corrosion of data cable terminals, meeting electrical performance requirements

10.ESD discharge test

Inspection method: Electrostatic discharge test conditions matched with mobile phone test-contact discharge: ±4KV air discharge: ±8KV
Acceptance standard: The data cable should have no bad appearance and good function

11. Constant heat and humidity test

Inspection method: Put the data cable in a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 93%±2 for 48 hours, and then restore it for 2 hours under normal climatic conditions
Acceptance standards: No abnormal appearance, no corrosion of data cable terminals, meeting electrical performance requirements

12. Salt spray test

Inspection method: The temperature inside the box is 35℃, the concentration of salt solution is 5±1%; the pH value is 6.5～7.2; the sedimentation volume of salt spray is 1～2ml/80cm2.h; the test time is 24 hours. After the test is completed, take out the test piece, wash off the adhering salt particles with water below 38℃ as soon as possible, remove other corrosion products with a brush or sponge, and blow dry the test piece with compressed air without oil mist. And return to temperature for 24h at room temperature.
Acceptance standard: The data line terminal is non-corrosive and meets electrical performance

13. Toxic and hazardous substance detection

In addition, the data cable also needs to detect toxic and hazardous substances such as RoHS, REACH SVHC, halogen, and o-benzene.
