What does the connector color on the USB and Type-c ports mean?

In current mobile phones and laptops, we can often see USB-C port charger and USB-C charging cables. Sometimes when we choose Type-c cables, we can often see that the ports have different colors. You know how are the colors different between ports and how are specific standards identified?
