Are you a trading company or factory?

Ideal is a real factory located in New District of Longhua, Shenzhen. Had two companies in China, with two offices in Guangzhou, a warehouse in Dongguan.

When can I get the quotation ?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more than the MOQ.

What's your MOQ for OEM order ?

MOQ for OEM orders is 1000pcs. We can offer samples for evaluation before order

What about the lead time for mass production ?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

Normal take about 3-5 business days, if need customized may about 2-3 weeks.

What about the warranty of your products ?
